4.00pm - members meet outside All Saints' Church, Oakham and walk to Saxon Gardens

JC members can meet us directly at Saxon Gardens at c. 4.30pm if it’s too tight after school.

4.45pm - short, informal performance 

5.15pm - parents either collect from Saxon Gardens/Tesco car park gate at 5.20pm, or from the church at 5.30pm.

Parents will be responsible for their children during the break between the rehearsal and the concert.
